Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations & Lost orders

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us about your order so that we can advise the best course of action.

Any discrepancies with orders received must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. Anything after this time we cannot accept.

Goods must be returned at the purchasers cost - We recommend a recorded or tracked service as we cannot be liable for any return not received by us. 

Goods Must be returned in an un-used and re-saleable condition. We have the right to refuse any goods that are not received in the stated condition.

We do not accept returns of Ingredients. I.e. Chocolate, SOSA and Coloured Products, Fruit Purees and other edible items. 

If you require an exchange, a re-delivery charge of £2.95 will be a the purchasers cost - we can accept debit/credit card or Cash. 

Faulty & Damaged Goods will be replaced Free of Charge. Postage will be refunded for any Faulty and Damaged goods returned to us.

If you have received your parcel damaged, please contact us asap along with photos if possible. This helps with informing the couriers.

If you have not received your order within the indicated time frame at the time of purchase then please contact us asap. We cannot accept anything after 7 working days from despatch date. Anything after this time makes it more difficult to track the item with the couriers we use. 

Non Stock items may only be cancelled if the supplier is not able to ship goods within 24hrs of your order. You will be informed of non stock items. 

Cancellation of orders may incur an admin fee of £6.00

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving back the items.
