Sosa Ascorbic Acid is used as an antioxidant or acidifier in foods, especially fruits and vegetables. Observations: White powder. It is a good source of Vitamin C. Add to prevent oxidisation of fruit or use as a dough enhancer. Use for sorbet, fruit crisps, mousse, sauces, juices, drinks, foams and bread.
