Sosa Gelcrem Hot is refined corn starch, treated at high temperatures. Thickening agent resists high temperatures and is stable to put in the oven, allows freezing. Mix in cold and heat until boiling. Use in any kind of liquid or semi-liquid elaboration. Well elaborated with béchamel, pastry cream and hot creams.
